Tenet is the latest upcoming Executive Condominium situated in Tampines North. The EC boasts a total of 618 units spanning across 11 blocks.
The main blocks were constructed via Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC). However, needs for formwork and shoring support was evident.
PERI Singapore supplied ST100 as slab and beam support from basement to first storey. After the completion of first storey slab and beam, PS100 was then later utilized as back propping.
The project commenced in Q3 2022 and is expected to be completed in Q3 2025.
