PERI UP Flex Shoring used for the RC Slab of the train station.
PERI UP Flex provides a 2-in-1 solution for the slab falsework and the perimeter of the train station’s wall access.
With PERI UP Flex Shoring, safe working platforms can be realized at any height.
Even with just a few workers on site, PERI UP Flex Shoring can be mounted extremely fast due to the Gravity Lock and self-securing decking.
With girder wall formwork, the arrangement of the individual system components can be freely selected.
VARIO GT 24 Girder Wall Formwork system provides a good surface finishing and tolerance.

With most of the levels are nearing to completion, construction work for T221 Havelock Station is currently at the last level which is the roof level of the train station.
Compared with tubular steel slab props, the aluminium MULTIPROP carries significantly higher loads whilst, at the same time, has a very low dead weight.
A localized back propping was done on the train platform using MULTIPROP.
Due to space constraint, PERI UP Flex Shoring makes a great choice as its ledger is approx. 30% lighter compared to a round tube with same load-bearing capacity and thus allows ergonimical transport by hand.

PERI provides a good delivery support as materials are delivered on time. With the use of PERI system on site, we are able to cast a 24 m x 24 m slab area in 14 days by cycle and 5 days for a wall length of 24 m. This results in saving of manpower and time.
