SIT Punggol Campus, Singapore
Punggol Digital District, Singapore
The new Singapore Institute of Technology campus situated in the Punggol Digital District (PDD) will be able to accommodate 12,000 students. Occupying a total land area of approximately 91,000 square metres over two plots of land, the centralized SIT campus will have a total gross floor area of around 253,000 square metres.
With a sustainable design, the smart campus will have approximately 10,000 square meters of PV solar panels installed on the building’s roof tops. In addition to that, a District Cooling System (DCS) will be running to provide the campus’ cooling needs while at the same time, reduce carbon footprint at an estate level.
The project commenced in 2019 and is slated to be completed by 2023.

Utilizing PERI systems have helped us increase productivity at the site by about 15%. With that, lesser manpower was needed and efficiency was improved. We are also satisfied with PERI’s sales and logistic support throughout the project.
