The 9-storey Light Industrial Building is part of the bold and inviting waterfront precinct of Woodlands North Coast. It is a unique mixed-used waterfront destination featuring new homes, exciting job opportunities within a campus-like and porous environment that supports collaboration. Flexible industrial spaces will encourage the co-location of knowledge-intensive and service-oriented activities alongside manufacturing operations. The industrial building will also be having one level of basement carpark, two roof floors and a covered walkway to Republic Polytechnic.

A range of PERI systems were used in this project. The Rail Climbing System (RCS) provided safe and faster climbing even in windy conditions, TRIO wall panels for quicker assembly time due to its large-area shuttering, VARIO GT24 column formwork were used to take high concrete pressures, the DUO lightweight system for manual formwork installation below the bondek slab and i-beam composite columns and PERI UP shoring for quick installation that compliments the high load-bearing of PD8 shoring system. This project consists of a wide array and multiple use of PERI systems, benefitting the customer with efficiency, cost-effectiveness and high productivity.
