Construction is coming to an end at Ispring, a 5-storey (excluding roof & upper roof) single-user industrial development located at 29 New Industrial Road, Singapore. With spacious layouts, the building will host approximately 55 B1 light industrial units.

It was a challenging project for PERI Singapore’s Operations team due to limited material holding space at site. Schedule of the construction progress changes from time to time as well. Materials have to be planned well in advance and delivered on-demand.

PERI Singapore is proud to have worked with our esteemed customer, Soilbuild Construction on this project.

The project commenced in Q3 2023 and is expected to be completed in Q3 2024.
