A brand new 5-storey heavy-vehicle transport factory is in the works at Jalan Papan, Singapore. With a site area of approximately 10,167 square meters, the building will be used as a mega workshop dedicated to the repair and maintenance of the developer's truck fleet.

Construction started in Q3 2023 and is expected to be completed by Q1 2025.
