PERI Singapore takes part in Sembcorp's SAFEStart Campaign

SAFETY is always a FIRST!⛑️

The SAFEStart campaign is an initiative led by Sembcorp Specialised Construction, one of Singapore's largest contractors. As the name suggests, this campaign focuses on promoting safety within the construction industry. Its goal is to enhance the safety awareness of site crews, particularly regarding the systems and materials they work with daily.

In January 2025, PERI Singapore was honored to participate in this important campaign. Our objective was to train site workers on how to efficiently spot and flag defective materials, thereby mitigating potential safety and operational risks at the earliest stage. This proactive approach is vital in preventing accidents and ensuring a safer work environment.

Approximately 1,400+ site workers attended the 2-day safety session. We would like to thank the Sembcorp Specialised Construction team for this meaningful initiative! 💯
